DIGIMON ALYSION Pre-Registration Now Open — Digimon Card Game Heads to Mobile

The Digimon Card Game is making the jump from physical cards to mobile devices with DIGIMON ALYSION, and pre-registration is officially live.

BANDAI announced on October 27 that pre-registration for DIGIMON ALYSION has opened in 49 countries and regions, giving Digimon and trading card game fans their first opportunity to get ready for the upcoming mobile title.

A New Way to Play the Digimon Card Game

DIGIMON ALYSION is being developed as an online card game designed to bring the Digimon Card Game experience to iOS and Android. The game will feature a variety of viable decks and competitive gameplay, including ranked matches and tournaments.

The game will also introduce exclusive new cards, while expanding the story and lore of the Digimon universe through a new Story Mode.

DIGIMON ALYSION takes place within the world of the DIGIMON LIBERATOR webcomic and light novel, both of which are available to read for free through the official Digimon Card Game website.

Story Mode Designed to Help New Players

One of the most interesting features is the game's Story Mode.

Players follow Kanata Hondo, a newcomer to card games, as she learns the rules and systems of the Digimon Card Game with help from her best friend Futre. The Story Mode is designed to introduce new players to the game while continuing to expand the DIGIMON LIBERATOR universe.

The story will also feature performances from a cast of well-known voice actors:

  • Kanata Hondo — voiced by Shu Uchida

  • Futre — voiced by Hikari Kubota

  • Valner Dragnogh — voiced by Fairouz Ai

  • Renamon — voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro

  • Aliol — voiced by Ayumu Murase

Free-to-Play With Competitive Features

DIGIMON ALYSION will be free-to-play with in-app purchases. The game is planned for iOS and Android through the App Store and Google Play.

The announced system languages are:
